This behind-the-scenes role is essential in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and team members alike.
Facilities Specialist
Oversees the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our proprietary wave machine and associated park facilities. This role focuses on engineering analysis, problem-solving, and system oversight, ensuring safe and reliable operations. This role combines technical expertise, independent judgment, and strategic planning with leadership in facilities operations.

Although it can be helpful to have a surf background, it is not required for most roles.

Both! We offer a mix of part-time and full-time roles depending on the position and time of year. Many team members start part-time and grow into expanded roles over time.

We’re busiest during peak season, but we also have year-round roles and opportunities for returning team members. If you’re looking for a long-term place to grow, let us know—we love building continuity on our team.

We hire team members 16 and older. Specific roles may require additional training or certifications, but we provide clear guidance and support every step of the way.

Our hours vary by role and season. Expect a mix of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays especially during peak season. Flexibility is key, and we do our best to work with availability whenever possible.

Definitely. We provide training for every role, and no one is expected to know everything on day one. Safety, service, and teamwork are core to what we do, and we’ll make sure you feel confident before you’re on your own.
