General Terms
By purchasing vouchers, passes, accessing Atlantic Park Surf, participating in any activities, you agree to abide by all Atlantic Park Surf policies, terms, and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings and activities within Atlantic Park Surf premises.
General Surf Session Purchase Terms
All purchases made through atlanticparksurf.com, on Atlantic Park Surf property, or made through any partners of Atlantic Park Surf are to be considered final and binding.
Atlantic Park Surf utilizes a voucher system and purchasers are not entitled to any refunds once a voucher is purchased.
All vouchers, tickets, and passes are valid only for the specified date and time and cannot be reused or re-entered without a new purchase.
Once the voucher has been redeemed to reserve a surf session timeslot the purchaser is bound to the following terms:
Reservations can be canceled for no additional charge if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the session is scheduled to begin. The original voucher purchased will remain active for a future booking.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the session, but less than 7 days may be “un-booked” and are subject to a 50% fee.
Modifications are not permitted within 72 hours prior to the start of the session. The session may be transferred to another individual, but no refund or credit will be available for any unused sessions.
All vouchers and gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase. Modified reservations will not extend the original voucher's expiration date.
Lagoon entry without a valid Surf or Beach Pass is strictly prohibited.
Weather-related closures or other park closures will result in a full or partial credit, or voucher, depending on the time remaining in the reservation. Beach Passes (general admission) are non-refundable due to inclement weather closures.
Private Surf Session Purchase Policy
Sessions are considered private if one party books half or the full lagoon for private usage.
For private surf sessions lasting 4 hours or more, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking if the reservation is made more than 14 days in advance. The remaining balance is due in full 14 days prior to the arrival date. Any private sessions lasting 4 hours or less, or any private booking made within 14 days of the reservation, require full payment at the time of booking.
Any booking canceled at least 30 days prior to the first surf session associated with the booking will receive a refund equal to the full amount of the reservation (excluding processing, special admission, and participation fees).
Any booking canceled less than 14 days but more than 72 hours prior to the first surf session associated with the reservation will receive an Atlantic Park Surf voucher equal to the full amount of the reservation (excluding processing, special admission, and participation fees). This voucher will be valid for one year from the original date of purchase.
Any booking canceled within less than 72 hours prior to the first surf session associated with the reservation is not eligible for an Atlantic Park Surf voucher or a refund.

Participants must adhere to Atlantic Park Surf’s Code of Conduct:
Surf to Your Ability
Only surf to your ability. If our staff notices that you are having difficulty in the session you are surfing, or if you pose a hazard to other surfers, you may be assigned to a different session or removed from the lagoon. Removal from the lagoon does not guarantee a credit or refund.
Wait Your Turn
A “one-at-a-time” priority system applies to surfing in the Atlantic Park Surf lagoon. Surfers are expected to wait their turn to catch their wave. There is a strict prohibition on “dropping in” (i.e., taking off on a wave that another surfer is already riding) or “snaking” (i.e., paddling ahead of the next surfer(s) who are waiting in the queue).
Your Wave Is Your Wave
When your wave comes, it’s yours! If you aren’t ready, miss it, or fall, you’ll need to return to the back of the queue and wait your turn for another one.
Keep Clear of Other Surfers
If you fall, keep clear of other surfers by paddling towards the whitewater. Paddle around to the channel, hugging the pier and generator. Avoid paddling up the green/un-broken face of the wave as you are likely to impede the surfer who’s up and riding. Keep control of your board when paddling near other surfers.
Be Respectful, Friendly, and Courteous
Be respectful, friendly, and courteous in the water. Maintain a pleasant atmosphere by keeping noise and profanity to a minimum. When paddling or catching a wave, communicate your intentions to others. Verbal and physical altercations with other surfers or staff will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
Breaking the Code
If you break the code or make a mistake, simply apologize and head to the back of the queue. If you drop in or snake other surfers, you will be warned by our staff. Depending on the circumstances, offenders may be required to leave the lagoon or property, and Atlantic Park Surf reserves the right to eject surfers at its sole discretion.
Lagoon closure due to weather or emergency may occur outside of normal operating hours and without advance notice. Guests will be expected to follow staff orders in a prompt and respectful manner.
