Sales Representative
Position Summary
The Sales Representative leads all sales, group business, and event‑driven revenue for Atlantic Park Surf - home to North America’s first Wavegarden Cove surf lagoon. This role focuses on securing private surf sessions, lagoon buyouts, group bookings, production rentals, and large‑scale events across the surf park’s unique venues — including the surf lagoon, pool deck, event spaces, and activation zones throughout the property.
Our ideal candidate is obsessively organized, naturally hospitable, and energized by building relationships. You have a strong instinct for sales, an interest in surfing or action sports culture, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences — from high‑end brand activations to corporate surf days to multi‑day park buyouts. You’re equally comfortable in a strategy meeting as you are walking clients through a site tour or standing on deck during a private session.
Most importantly, you bring the confidence, motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit to own and grow Atlantic Park Surf’s sales ecosystem, knowing that the department’s success and future opportunities are shaped by your drive and creativity.

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to ensure long‑term success, profitability, and brand alignment.

Research competitive market offerings, pricing structures, and emerging opportunities.
Vendor & Partner Management
Build and maintain preferred vendor lists for events and productions.
Support the continued growth and refinement of the events and sales department.
Brand & Guest Experience
Provide exceptional service that meets or exceeds client expectations, always true to the Atlantic Park Surf brand.
Approach challenges as opportunities and complaints as pathways to improvement.
Treat every interaction as the beginning of a long‑term relationship, grounded in warmth, professionalism, and positivity.
Flexibility & Growth
Like any growing and innovative brand, the above is not all‑encompassing. We’re looking for someone who can wear many hats, adapt as we grow, and get excited by something new every day.
Education & Experience
Experienced in event, group, or destination sales — ideally within action sports, recreation, hospitality, or resort‑style environments.
Relationship‑driven professional who enjoys networking and cultivating repeat business.
Skilled in managing complex group bookings, large‑scale events, and full‑property buyouts.
