Our Novice session is for surfers who have mastered the Beginner session and want to start riding slightly larger open-face waves that break at a mellow pace. This setting features our smallest Malibu-style waves, the Malibu 0.5 (M0.5) and the Malibu 1 (M1). It’s perfect for those looking to master catching a wave before it breaks, standing up, and turning down the line. These knee-to-thigh high waves provide an easy-going feel but enough push to get you moving down the line. Soft board provided!

NOTE: Coached sessions are 90-minutes, which includes a 30-min land lesson prior to entering the lagoon. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to the land lesson to allow time for preparation and to make your way to the coaching area.
