Section 1 - Move Better

Total Body Flow : This section is about building awareness, mobility, and control through continuous movement.

  • Low resistance, high intention

  • Focus on breath + body connection

  • Smooth transitions, no rushing

Section 2 - Perform Better

System Surfer: This section builds power, explosiveness, and repeat effort capacity, just like real surf conditions.

  • Short bursts of high effort

  • Skill based movement under fatigue

  • Controlled intensity

Section 3 - Last Longer

Nalu Recovery: This section targets the limitations that hold surfers back and helps reduce injury risk. 

  • Improve mobility in key surf positions

  • Restore range of motion

  • Build durability
